Summer Vacation Sweepstakes - Q2 2008 |

Sweepstakes Administration
This sweepstakes is being administered and operated by Online
Resources Corporation (Sponsor), on behalf of those
participating financial institutions that receive Internet
banking and/or Internet bill payment services through Online
Resources Corporation (Sponsor). |

2. |
How to enter
No purchase is necessary to enter nor will a purchase increase
your chances of winning. You do not need to have an account or
make Internet bill payments through a participating financial
institution. If you are a new online bill payer, you will
receive one automatic entry into the sweepstakes for each bill
that you pay online through a participating financial
institution during the sweepstakes period. If you are already
making Internet bill payments through a participating financial
institution, you will automatically receive one entry for each
bill payment you make during the Sweepstakes period. You do not
need to fill out any additional forms, nor will any additional
forms be sent to you. If you do not wish to receive one
automatic entry for each bill payment you make during the
Sweepstakes period you must e-mail

Meadow Wood Lane, Suite 300, Chantilly, VA 20151, and instruct
us not to enter you. If you desire to enter the Sweepstakes
other than through making Internet bill payments, or as an
Internet bill payer you desire additional entries, print your
name, address, telephone number, and the name of the financial
institution advertising the sweepstakes to you on a 3x5 card.
Send the card to Summer Vacation 2008 Sweepstakes, Marketing,
4795 Meadow Wood Lane, Suite 300, Chantilly, VA 20151. There is
no limit to the number of entries you can send. Each entry must
be mailed separately and cannot be mechanically reproduced.
Entry must be postmarked by June 30th, 2008. Entries will not be
acknowledged or returned. Neither the sponsor, Online Resources
Corporation, any participating financial institution nor any
affiliates, partners, employees, officers or directors of either
shall be responsible for lost, misdirected, incomplete, or
illegible entries. |

Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes period runs from 12:00 AM ET on May 1, 2008
until 11:59 PM ET on June 30, 2008. |

Eligibility
The contest will be open only to natural born persons or
permanent and lawful residents of the United States of America,
and eighteen years of age or older and must not be considered a
minor in your state of residence at the time of entry. The
following persons are not eligible to enter the contest: (a)
Employees of the sponsor, Online Resources Corporation, any
participating financial institution, and their subsidiaries and
affiliates, and (b) any immediate family members of any such
employee, whether living in the same household or not, and (c)
anyone living in the same household, whether related or not. The
term "immediate family" includes spouses, siblings, parents,
children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as "in-laws,"
or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption,
co-habitation or other family extension. |

Prizes
Grand Prize: The one (1) randomly selected winner will be
awarded the $5,000 cash prize, not to exceed $5,000. The one (1)
grand prize winner will be randomly selected from all eligible
entries. The odds of being the grand prize winner depend on the
total number of eligible entries received. First Place Prizes:
$100 gift card. One (1) Sweepstakes entrant associated with each
participating financial institution will win a first place
prize. The winners of these prizes will be selected randomly
from among all eligible entries that are received through a
particular participating financial institution during the
Sweepstakes period. Prize drawings will occur on or about July
31, 2008. Odds of winning a first prize depend on the eligible
number of entries from each participating financial institution.
Winners will be notified and awarded by their participating
financial institution. Exact prize components are subject to
change without notice. All decisions are final and binding.
Neither the Sponsor, Online Resources Corporation, any
participating financial institution nor any affiliates,
partners, employees, officers or directors of either shall be
responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts
to notify winner. If a non-eligible winner is chosen, The
sponsor, Online Resources Corporation will select another
winner. |

General Conditions
The sponsor, Online Resources Corporation will select all prize
winners. Federal, state and local tax liability and any other
expenses are the sole responsibility of prize winners. Void
where restricted and prohibited. Prizes are non-transferable,
non-assignable and non-exchangeable. |

Consent to Publicity and Release
By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name
and likeness for publicity purposes without further
compensation, unless prohibited by law. All entrants agree to
release and hold harmless the participating financial
institutions and the sponsor, Online Resources Corporation and
their immediate family, partners, employees, subsidiaries,
agents, representatives, and affiliates from any and all claims
of any kind arising directly or indirectly from the Sweepstakes,
from any Sweepstakes prize, or from any publicity about the
Sweepstakes. |

Miscellaneous
By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to comply with all of the
terms and conditions mentioned herein. Noncompliance with any
entry procedure will result in disqualification. Furthermore, if
there is any suspected evidence of tampering or corruption or if
the Sweepstakes is compromised by virus, bugs, or any
unauthorized human intervention or any other causes beyond the
control of the participating financial institutions and the
sponsor, Online Resources Corporation and their partners,
subsidiaries, or affiliates which corrupts or impairs the
administration, security, or fairness of the Sweepstakes, the
sponsor, Online Resources Corporation reserves the right to
disqualify any entrant deemed responsible for such corruption,
suspend and/or terminate the Sweepstakes and select winners from
the entries received up to the time of such termination or
suspension. If the Sweepstakes is terminated prior to the
sweepstakes period, notice will be posted here and at the
website of the financial institution or via other media used to
promote the Sweepstakes. For a listing of contest winners, or a
set of these Sweepstakes Rules, please send a self-addressed
stamped envelope to Winners List and Rules, Summer Vacation - Q2
